Responsible gambling & staying safe
Gambling can be fun, but it can also become harmful. This site exists to help you make informed choices — and the most important choice is to play only what you can comfortably afford to lose, if at all.
The basics, in one place
- You must be at least 18 (21+ in some jurisdictions) to gamble.
- Only gamble money you can afford to lose. It is entertainment, not income.
- Set time and money limits before you start, and stick to them.
- Never chase losses, and never borrow to gamble.
- If it stops being fun, stop.
A specific warning about no-KYC sites
The very feature that makes no-KYC casinos appealing — minimal identity collection — also tends to mean weaker or absent player-protection tools. Many of the operators we review have limited self-exclusion, deposit limits or reality checks, and the unlicensed ones (such as BetPanda) offer almost none, with no regulator to enforce them. If you have any history of gambling harm, the privacy trade-off is not worth it — choose a fully-regulated operator with robust tools, or do not play.

Tools you can use right now
- Blocking software: Gamban, BetBlocker and similar apps block gambling sites across your devices — useful precisely because no-KYC sites may not offer self-exclusion.
- Deposit and time limits: set them in any operator that offers them, before you play.
- Bank blocks: many banks and card issuers can block gambling transactions on request.
Check your local law first
Online gambling — and crypto gambling specifically — is restricted or outright illegal in many countries and regions. Offshore operators do not protect you from your own jurisdiction's rules, and you may have no legal recourse if something goes wrong. It is your responsibility to confirm that playing is legal where you are. See our guide on whether no-KYC gambling is safe and legal for more.
What is the minimum gambling age?
Strictly 18+, and 21+ in some jurisdictions. No-KYC casinos that do not verify age at signup still require you to be of legal age, and most reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Never let a minor access a gambling account.
Do no-KYC casinos have self-exclusion tools?
Often not, or only weak ones. Because they collect little identity data, many no-KYC and unlicensed operators have limited or absent self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools. If you need a hard barrier, that gap is a serious reason to choose a fully-licensed, regulated operator instead, or to use a device-level blocker such as Gamban or GAMSTOP-style schemes where available.
How do I know if my gambling is becoming a problem?
Warning signs include chasing losses, spending more than you can afford, borrowing to gamble, hiding it from people close to you, and feeling anxious or irritable when you try to stop. If any of these sound familiar, reach out to one of the free, confidential services listed on this page.
